Bootcamps

Here’s a great way to get a jump on the inevitable “start exercising” resolution.

All you have to do is sign up, then show up. All levels of fitness are supported.

Besides the obvious benefit of working out with a GREAT group of women, strength training is good for your bones, helps prevent injury, helps burn fat by increasing your metabolism, and can enhance performance in the other sports you enjoy.

Designed as an alternative to working out in a gym, we’ll enjoy the beautiful outdoors at various locations in Mill Valley. We’ll train together rain or shine, on local trails, in parks, and we’ll get very familiar with the many neighborhood staircases in the area.

By popular demand, our morning winter bootcamp has been extended to March 15th!
