Running

For those of you who want to improve your running, what better way to train for a road race than in the company of the women of Flower Power Sports?

Whether your goal is to complete your first half marathon or get faster at the 5K distance, we’re here to help.  Long runs, hilly runs, flat runs, tempo runs,…..we’ll mix it up,  but the point is to get outside and run together.

Our coaches will teach you good running form at the beginning of each program, so that you’ve got a good foundation to start from as our speed and distance increases.
